1. What is the V-Facebrush?

V-Facebrush is a newly improved 3 in 1 rechargeable sonic silicone facial-cleansing brush that can Cleanse, Massage and Rejuvenate your skin. It has 7 speeds adjustments, release up to 8000r/pm sonic waves deep into your pores to remove 99% of impurities, dead skin, oil, dirt, make-up, whiteheads and blackheads. Available in 6 vibrant colours, it features a 2-zone brush surface that suits all skin types. The back of the device has a ripple massager to help promote blood circulation and stimulate collagen production. It exfoliates rough dry skin, creating a softer, smoother skin tone, restoring your youthful skin.

2. Can I cleanse my face with V-Facebrush without removing my makeup?

For more effective cleansing, we would recommend you to remove your makeup before using V-Facebrush.

3. What kind of facial cleansers can I use with my V-Facebrush?

Basically, you can use any facial cleanser with your V-Facebrush, but to keep your device in optimal condition, try to avoid using clay based or grainy cleansers as they may damage the silicon bristles.

4. Can I apply my serums or creams using the Massage Mode?

Yes, you can. The ripple massager at the back of the device could to help boost blood circulation and increase absorption of your skin products to give optimal results.

5. Can I use V-Facebrush if I have had plastic surgery, have a sunburn or other skin conditions?

We would recommend to avoid using the device for skin that has undergone plastic surgery, sunburn, infections and other skin conditions. Anyone who suffers from a serious skin condition should consult their dermatologist before using the device.

6. Can I use V-Facebrush around my eye area?

Yes, you can. V-Facebrush silicone bristle comes with different density cleansing zone. The top of the silicone bristle brush are customised for fine cleaning the areas around your eyes or lips.

7. How do I clean V-Facebrush?

While the device is turned off, wash the bristle surface with soap, rinse with clean water, and wipe dry with a clean cloth. Store the device in a dry place to allow device to air-dry.



8. Does the device come with any warranty?

Novan Beauty warrants the device for a period of one (1) year after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device.

The warranty does not apply to any damage or defects of the products caused by accidents, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

If you discover a defect of the device, notify NOVAN BEAUTY at customerservice@novanbeauty.com during the warranty period (one (1) year from the original date of purchase), NOVAN BEAUTY will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge (excluding any shipping costs). All warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence and that the date of claim is within the warranty period.

We can’t process any warranty claim after the warranty period has been expired.

9. Can I return the device if I am not happy with it?

All purchasers of Novan Beauty Products can return their products within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



10. What are the Shipping Rates like?

Shipping rates vary depending on the purchaser’s shipping destination and number of parcels. Please take note of the applicable shipping fee when you place your order.

FREE Shipping for East and West Malaysia with Postlaju.

Shipping for Brunei, Singapore, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam from RM45.00 (*Rate may vary based on the weight of the parcel)

Shipping for the rest of the world, except Isreal and Nigeria from RM88.00 (*Rate may vary based on the weight of the parcel)

11. How long will the Delivery Time be?

All items are shipped from Malaysia.

Once your order is place, we will ship your product(s) within 1 working day.

International shipping : Delivery time for South East Asia is usually 5 – 7 Business Days, about 1-2 weeks to within EU, 2-3 weeks to the USA and 3-5 weeks to the rest of the world. We ship worldwide, except to Isreal and Nigeria.

Domestic shipping : Delivery time usually takes 2 – 3 Business Days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia) within West Malaysia and 3 – 5 Business Days  (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia) for East Malaysia.

12. How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number and link to track your item online. Please allow shipping company 24 – 48 hours to update your item in their online tracking system in order for you to track your shipment.



13. Will there be any Duties or Taxes?

All items entering a foreign location (outside Malaysia) may be subject to customs inspection, duties and taxes in accordance with the destination country. As custom, tax and import charges vary from country to country, NOVAN BEAUTY is unable to determine these costs at checkout. The purchaser shall be responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by the custom authorities of the destination country.

In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred and if purchaser refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, NOVAN BEAUTY shall not be responsible for payment of all return charges inclusive of any return taxes and/or duties incurred.
